Christina is a young and passionate professional with experience in projects focusing on environmental sustainability, economic prosperity, and social inclusion. She focuses on finding solutions to the grand societal challenges through empowering and educating communities towards the direction of the Sustainable Development Goals. As Project Lead at the Membership Program of SDSN Youth, she is responsible for the strategy of the program and the coordination of a global community of +700 youth-led and youth-focused organizations active in Civil Society dedicated to implementing the Agenda2030. Since 2019, Christina has been the Founder and Director of the program ‘’Talk Talk’’, supported by Robert Bosch and Goethe Institutions, aiming to empower civic participation and dismantle oppressive social norms through the techniques of Theatre of the Oppressed and Storytelling, in her home island, Zakynthos, Greece. In 2018, she worked at the NGO, Hellenic Platform for Development, as the Project Manager of the EU funded project ‘’MURAL-Mutual Understanding Respect and Learning’’, using the Active Citizens program methodology of the British Council, to face Islamophobia and Antisemitism through deconstructing prejudices and hate speech. Since then, she works as a trainer for the Active Citizens program of the British Council in Greece in projects aiming to educate and empower active citizens to take (digital) actions against the climate crisis. Her goal is to design sustainable projects focused on solving global societal problems with a long-term impact. She thinks global and acts locally. She is a passionate Sustainable Development Advocate and holds a BSc in Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business.

Hi I am Krystal, a Malaysian studying Environment & Business, pursuing 2 minors at the University of Waterloo in Canada! I started volunteering in 2019 as the SDG Campus Coordinator and built the hub from scratch in the middle of the pandemic. My team and I ended up hosting various virtual events such as a global solutions challenge that addressed local issues - winning 1st at the NEM University Challenge, hosting educational social media campaigns & pursuing certifications. Now, as the Project Officer for Communications & Graphic Design I help create engaging graphics that improve the efficiency of communications within the network. Others; I am also part of the Alumni Steering Committee. I have been involved in social media since early 2020 learning how to optimize digital marketing strategies for various organizations even creating an educational program that supports SDG 4: Quality Education. I have been a Teachers Assistant, achieved the WWF Living Planet Leader award and in my spare time run an Instagram page that promotes education, empowerment & engagement. Random; I did ballet for 10 years, enjoy all sports, reading, watching shows, travelling, driving & arts.
