Ana Leticia serves as the Global People and Culture Lead. She initially joined SDSN Youth as a Sustainable Development Goals Coordinator and has also collaborated as a Human Resources Business Partner. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Psychology and is currently pursuing an MBA. Last year, she was conferred with the Green Leader Award for her social impact. Some highlights of her Human Resources experience include Change Management Consulting and being the CEO for One Month 2021 of The Adecco Group.

Wendy is a Human Resources Business Partner from Hong Kong. She is currently working as a Learning and Development professional. Major duties include data analytics, reporting, and client management. Wendy is also a swimmer who enjoys outdoor activities.

Santiago is a Human Resources Business Partner from Colombia. He has a background in engineering and education with a wide range of experience from being a teacher in a public school in Micronesia to doing research in Nanotechnology in the US. Currently, Santiago combines his technical knowledge and his passion for education managing a fellowship that brings global youth to do rural development projects in rural Japan.

Arianna serves as a Human Resources Business Partner from Greece. She is a graduate of Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, with a Bachelor’s Degree in International, European and Greek Relations and a Minor Degree in Leadership and Management. Currently, she is combining her interest in human rights and global development as a full-time social researcher.

Thomson serves as a Human Resources Business Partner for SDSN Youth from Canada. He is a graduate of the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University (Toronto Metropolitan University) with a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and a Minor Degree in Criminal Psychology. He is a full-time Human Resources Coordinator with career experiences performing HR related functions in various environments including non-profit, healthcare, and manufacturing. Outside of his professional life, he is a game asset maker and project manager for Aeronautica; an arcade style flight simulator title hosted by the online game platform and creation system ROBLOX.

Jana is excited to work as a Digital Culture Business Partner within the Global Comms and P&C teams at SDSN Youth. She recently completed her MSc in Organizational Communication & Reputation Management at the University of Twente in Enschede, Netherlands. Before moving to the Netherlands, She completed a bachelor's degree in Languages and Business Studies in Cologne, Germany, where she was also born and raised. When she is not busy reading about new communication trends or sustainable development cooperation, you can usually find her outdoors as being active in nature helps her recharge. In The Hague, she works full-time as a Communications Officer at the Netherlands-African Business Council. She always enjoys intercultural exchange and engagement with like-minded SDG warriors across SDSN!

Damilola Adeduro is a Digital Culture Business Partner within the Global Comms and P&C teams at SDSN Youth. Damilola's life goal is to creatively support teams and organizations that are making a positive sustainable impact on earth for people and the planet. He is a problem-solver by education, having been equipped with skills in research, project management, data analysis, and entrepreneurial leadership through his Global Challenges Degree Program. He is a creative and designer who believes in the power of good design to solve visual communication problems. He is also interested in concepts such as Brand Identity, Communications, Marketing, and Social Media Branding. On the side, Damilola is particularly passionate about typography and the art of lettering. He is currently a Lettering artist looking to tell African stories with the art form, and eventually, teach it to others to make it a more recognized art form on the continent.

Wael Daas, from Syria, is a Human Resources Advisor within the global People and Culture team at SDSN Youth. He has strong experience after a long time of working with many NGOs, and after occupying many positions, most notably in the field of Human Resources Management. He seeks in his work in Human Resources to have the organization in which he works, the most skilled people that serve the beneficiaries of the most vulnerable groups as best as possible, and to ensure to provide the best processes, activities, and procedures which develop the competencies and skills of collaborators.
